Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to common questions about our classes, process, and what to expect next.
Do I need experience to join a class?
Not at all. Most of our classes are open to all levels, and we offer a dedicated Beginners series for those just starting out. If you're unsure which class to try first, any of our instructors are happy to talk it through with you before you book.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just yourself. We provide mats, blocks, straps, and blankets at no extra charge. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in, and avoid eating a heavy meal in the two hours before class.
How early should I arrive for my first class?
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can fill out a new student form, meet your instructor, and get settled without feeling rushed.
Do you offer memberships or class packs?
Yes. We offer a drop-in rate, 5- and 10-class packs, and a monthly unlimited membership. New students can also take their first class free. Ask at the front desk or reach out through the contact page for current pricing.
Do you offer private sessions?
We do. Private one-on-one instruction is available with several of our instructors and is a great option if you're recovering from an injury, want focused attention on alignment, or simply prefer a personalized pace.
